I would like to encourage everyone to stay at the Match Hotel. They have offered competitors at the 2008 Ft Benning 3 Gun Challenge a special rate of $ 109.00 per night. Call 706-507-7200 to make your reservations. They are not the closest hotel to the range (about 20 to 30 minute drive, depending on traffic), but they were the most willing to work with our group.

They will accept shipped ammo for hotel guests who are registered in the match.There are many restaurants and bars nearby for your evening plans. The hotel is also close to retail stores.


Directions to the Hotel

From Atlanta:
  • I-85 South to I-185 South to Columbus.
  • Go to Exit 10 and follow sign to Hwy 80 East towards Macon (JR Allen Parkway).
  • Take first exit to Veterans Parkway (27 North) and turn right at the light.
  • Go to the 2nd light and turn right onto North Lake.
  • Hotel on the left - Bear Lane.


From Alabama:

  • US 80 East to Exit 4
  • Take the 3rd exit to Veterans Parkway and turn right at the light.
  • Go to the 2nd light and turn right onto North Lake.
  • Hotel on the left - Bear Lane.

From Macon:

  • US 80 West to Exit 4.
  • Take the Veterans Parkway Exit and turn right at the light.
  • Go to the 2nd light and turn right onto North Lake.
  • Hotel on the right - Bear Lane.

Registration & Preliminary Results

Registration for Friday shooters will be at the host hotel on Thursday 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. You may also register earlier Thursday at the range. See your confirmation letter for details.

Registration for Saturday-Sunday shooters will be at the host hotel on Friday 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. You may register earlier at the range. See your conformation letter for details.

Preliminary results on Friday and Saturday night will be posted at the host hotel, as well as at the range each day.
